Joseph M. Wojcik

Joe Wojcik is a partner in Davis & Wojcik, APLC. Mr. Wojcik has over 25 years of litigation experience and represents prominent corporate clients and executives in prosecuting and defending complex business litigation and transactional matters. He represents health care providers, real estate developers, and agricultural companies in a wide range of matters, including commercial, employment, real estate, and compliance claims. He also represents over 2,000 estate planning clients ranging from preparing and administrating their wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and other estate planning matters.

Mr. Wojcik also serves as general counsel for a local water district handling Brown Act compliance, employee matters, union negotiations, and general litigation and transactional work.

Mr. Wojcik was in the top of his graduating class from Western State College of Law and is a recipient of two American Jurisprudence Awards. He was admitted to the California Supreme Court in 1995, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Wojcik is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Mount San Jacinto College and is the President of the Governing Council for the Western Center Academy which is ranked twelfth among California high schools.

He is a former Hemet Unified School District Trustee, Past President of the Exchange Club, Friends of Valley Wide, and the Hemet/San Jacinto Bar Association. He has also served as a Judge Pro-Tem in the Riverside County Superior Courts. Additionally, Mr. Wojcik is a member of the California Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Southwest Bar Association, the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, and is a founding member of the Southwest Inn of Court.

Mr. Wojcik has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 30 years and they have three daughters.
